Payment & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to participate in a PrimeSynapse Event. We strive to deliver high-quality experiences and handle all transactions with full transparency.
Eligibility for Refund: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date, prior to the commencement of the event.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please email [email protected] with your Order ID and booking details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled by PrimeSynapse, registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled edition of the event.
Non-Refundable Items: Convenience fees, transaction charges, and add-on merchandise purchases may not be eligible for refund unless the event is cancelled by PrimeSynapse.
Pricing: All event pricing is listed transparently on the respective event pages. PrimeSynapse reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice, but confirmed bookings are honoured at the original purchase price.
Event Registration & Conduct
By registering for any event hosted on Events.PrimeSynapse.com, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration details;
- Comply with all event-specific rules, codes of conduct, and health & safety guidelines communicated by PrimeSynapse or its partners;
- Consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded at the event, and grant PrimeSynapse the right to use such media for promotional purposes;
- Acknowledge that event schedules, speakers, and formats are subject to change without prior notice.
PrimeSynapse reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee from an event for misconduct or breach of these Terms, without refund.
No Warranties
